Delivery and Shipping

Delivery Policy

At N of 1™, every order is compounded uniquely for the individual. Because each formulation is made to order, our delivery timelines include both compounding time and shipping time.

Order Processing & Compounding

Once a patient completes payment for their prescription:

  • Orders are extemporaneously compounded within 2 business days.
  • Compounding is performed in our licensed Australian compounding pharmacy.
  • Once your order is complete, it is prepared for dispatch via Australia Post Express.


Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using Australia Post.

  • Shipping charges are passed through at cost and are calculated automatically at checkout.
  • Patients will have the option to select Standard or Express postage
  • A tracking number will be emailed to the patient once the order has been lodged with Australia Post.

*Next business day delivery is only available within the Express Post next business day delivery network. The national next business day delivery network operates between capital cities (excluding Darwin; and for Perth, delivery into the CBD only) and some major centres. 

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, patients will receive an email containing:

  • Their Australia Post tracking number
  • A link to track delivery progress
  • Confirmation of dispatch

Tracking updates are managed directly by Australia Post.

Delayed or Lost Deliveries

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Public holidays
  • Weather events
  • Australia Post network delays
  • Remote or regional location
